Under Ellum was founded by Amber Reagan—a musician, Registered Nurse, private pilot, aircraft owner, former real estate broker, and lifelong creative problem-solver.
Amber became a private pilot in 2017 and brings the same respect for preparation, systems, and sound judgment to every project. After building an automated media-production pipeline for her own work, she created Under Ellum to give busy business owners a simpler way to stay visible.

Yes. Every batch requires your approval before scheduling. The monthly package includes one consolidated revision round.
Do you manage comments and direct messages?+
No. Under Ellum creates and schedules the content. You remain the person responding to comments, inquiries, and potential leads.
Can listing videos be part of the monthly twelve?+
Yes. You provide the accurate property information, approvals, photos, and footage. We can turn that material into one or more of the twelve vertical videos.
What platforms can I choose?+
We will review your current presence together and select up to two appropriate platforms. The pilot focuses on adapting and scheduling the same core vertical content—not two completely separate content strategies.
Do you guarantee views, followers, or leads?+
No. We promise a professional, consistent presence and a thoughtful improvement process. We do not promise virality, influencer status, or a specific number of leads.
